Hello all,

I would just like to note here that I am truly excited about my recent purchase of the 10kg Has Garanti.

After contemplating different roasters for a while I chose H.G mainly because of the discussions I had with Will Notaras and of course the price advantage over more expensive roasters.

Well I am happy to say that I managed to pull off a few award winning roasts recently at the Golden Bean. But the best thing about it was the group of other HG users such as Cookie Man and Coffee Snobs.

I have bought a coffee roaster HSR15, but the installation and operating isntructions aren´t clear. Are you able to send me a picture of the pipe installation of your HG?
¿Do you have any paper with instruction for operate the roaster?
I am very delighted with my roaster and anxious to use it, but I don't want to make mistakes in the installation and use.
